Hey, people. I think I'm going to update on what happened over the past few days. Just this post will have no pictures. It takes a long time just to upload one picture. I don't wish to waste my time waiting for all the pictures to be uploaded. It's going to take forever! Or maybe the pictures will not be uploaded at all. I'll post the pictures someday, I promise.

So now, the post is going to be long. It's up to you guys whether you want to bear with it or just leave. There may be no pictures, but I'll try to make the post interesting. Don't leave just because I have no pictures.

29 December, Monday
It was Monday (as I've mentioned above), and I went out with my mother to Raffles City Shopping Centre. The real reason I wanted to go there was that I had no ideas on what to buy, seriously. We went into different shops, but I didn't like anything. For the first time in my life, I saw a Crumpler shop. I went in and bought a small bag. We didn't do much on that day. Just walked around and did some window-shopping. My mother and I shared cash to buy a brown handbag. I guess I never did something like that with her before. I bought my school shoes before heading to Peninsula Plaza. We went there as my mother wanted to buy some health products. Trained back to Tampines and had our late lunch at MacDonald's before heading back home.

30 December, Tuesday
It was pictures-taking day with Nidia! Not forgetting Bebo. I was the first one to arrive. As the others were still on their way, I went to have my brunch at small Mac. I bought a cheeseburger and an apple pie! Then, Nidia came. I didn't talk much to her as I was so shy. I ate the food while waiting for Bebo. I swear that the apple pie hated me. The fillings kept dripping on my top and dirtied it. I had a beautiful not so visible patch on my top. It wasn't obvious from far. So, Bebo came almost one hour later then we made our way to Tanjong Pagar by train. We didn't know how to get to the Malayan Railway Station, so Bebo helped to ask some passerby. We walked and walked, and I saw a building which looked familiar. I wasn't sure whether that was the train station. We managed to ask an uncle where was the train station. He pointed us the building that we were just standing infront of. We went in, but couldn't find the perfect place to take pictures. I felt like I was in Malaysia when I entered the place. The trains were unique. We decided to go outside and walk by the fences, thinking that we would find a perfect spot to take pictures of the tracks. It was a dead end at the far end, and there was no gate or something for us to enter the tracks. We thought of climbing over the fences, but the sign ''Trespassers will be prosecuted'' scared me. It wasn't our luck. We sat somewhere in that area to rest our poor feets. All of us decided to try our luck by walking on the other side of the station. There was a gate, but we didn't enter as we were afraid that we couldn't take pictures on the tracks and it was near to the stations. We wanted to take pictures where it was an open field or something. We didn't get to take pictures of the tracks for that day. Instead of going further, we decided to go to Vivo City. We walked by the highway. I swear it was a very long walk. Maybe 2km, or perhaps 3km. If only we had wings, thing would be better. Once reached, we bought Big Gulp, the largest size and shared among us. Off to Skypark and took some pictures there. Made a last stop at Starbucks and headed home after that. The other two dropped off at Tampines, while I stopped at Pasir Ris to meet my cousin. Anyway, I want to share a story with you guys. I was standing at the MRT station staircase while waiting for my cousin to arrive, at the first level. There was this guy, who was sitting on the steps infront of me. I was standing right behind him. I was shocked when I saw him looking at an uncensored picture. He kept zooming in the picture! I was quite disgusted, but it wasn't my business anyway. Then, my cousin arrived and I followed her to White Sands with her friends. Took the train together with her. She made her way to work while I made my way home. Once I reached home, I packed my things, took a shower and had my dinner. Met up with Nazimah after dusk and went to the bubbletea shop to buy drinks for my cousins. She sent me to the lift lobby and I then went up to the tenth floor. I was having a sleepover again at their place, which was just across the street. Talked to the second sister through out the night. I guess we spent talking for more than four hours.

31 December, Wednesday
It was the last day of 2008. All of us woke up late. I waited for the rest to take their shower and had my turn. I helped my auntie to cook Mee Soto and had my lunch with them. Did nothing much in the morning. Lazed around till afternoon. The second sister followed me home as she wanted to use the Internet. I took some clothes and my camera as we were going out to Clarke Quay on that night. Didn't I mention about this? We went back home, as in went back to her house. All of us took a shower and prepared to go out. The whole family was going, except for my uncle, who went fishing instead and the first sister, whom we were going to meet her at her workplace at Clarke Quay. We took the train to City Hall and walked to Clarke Quay. We left the house after dusk and there was still a very long time till new year. We bought a cup of Turkish ice-cream and it was delicious! Usually, I ate chocolate and vanilla. On that wonderful evening, I had strawberry, orange, mango, pistachio, chocolate and vanilla! All in a cup. All of us went to the Bungy and Swing to meet the first sister. She was at the cashier. The place was packed. I could actually play either one as it was a free entry for my family, but I didn't want to as I was afraid of heights. We were making our way to MacDonald's to buy drinks when we saw a mini chingay. There were samba dancers and they were amazing (though I didn't get to stalk them and watched the whole thing). We waited for midnight. It was the last few minutes of 2008, and everyone was waiting by the river. On the Central side, and on the pubs side. My handphone gave me the wrong time. Everyone did the countdown and it was super chaotic. The fireworks were beautiful! Super duper beautiful. It looked so near! After the fireworks ended, we took a night bus back to Tampines. Dropped down at street 45 and went to 7-11 to buy some food. I ate the Mee Soto again with the second sister in the kitchen and my auntie joined us then. We kept talking and talking, even though we were very tired. We slept like around 4AM.

1 January, Thursday
Early in the morning, like around 8, I had a call from my father. He asked me to come home as we were going to Sentosa. I thought of waking up at 10. So, I only had four hours of sleep. I took a shower and packed my things. I asked my auntie to open the door for me. I was quite sad to leave as I didn't get to thank my cousins and say 'goodbye' to them. They were sleeping soundly and I didn't have the guts to wake them up. Once I reached home, I changed and unpacked my stuffs. The four of us, my parents, my brother and I went to Sentosa. We took a bus to Vivo City and took the Sentosa Express (monorail) at the third level. We dropped off at Beach Station. It has been a very long time since I last went there. I think the last one was ten years ago? My parents used to bring me there when I was small. I wanted to scan some of the pictures before, but someone went to return the albums back to the place when I actually went to take them out. The place was different and I didn't find any exciting to do, except for eating. We ate at Delifrance. I had a plate of baked potato with some chicken fillings on top. Delicious! Bought a cone of Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough at Ben & Jerry's after that. Thought of going to Fort Siloso, but the tickets were expensive and my father didn't want to waste money. We went to Butterfly Park. I wanted to go in so much since I love butterflies! I always wanted to catch one, but I failed all the time. The tickets were more expensive than Fort Siloso. I was quite disappointed. The place changed, the pricing also changed. Took the monorail back to Vivo City. We spent the day over there instead. We went to see the price of MacBook at Best Denki. I wanted the MacBook, not the MacBook Air. I was confused before. We went to Banquet as I was hungry. I had a plate of chicken rice and some from my mother's Tom Yum noodles and a bowl of brother's mushroom soup. We went to Habourfront as my father wanted to buy a new watch for my brother. It was time to go home. My father wanted to perform his afternoon prayers first at a mosque nearby. I was so tired, only God knew how tired I was. My mother pitied me and we took a cab back home. I had a wonderful time sleeping inside the cab. I sat at the front and I drooled. I was so tired! What do you expect? The whole journey cost almost $20 and I felt so bad for making the choice to take a cab back home. Had a longer sleep when I reached home. Woke up, still hungry and looked for food.

2 January, Today
It was the first day of school! I dragged myself to the toilet. Surprisingly, I didn't sleep when I was sitting on the toilet bowl's seat. I guess I had my power nap before going to the toilet. My uniform was quite big for me and I just realized this morning. I tried it on when I was buying it, but it was just the right size for me. I think I shall not elaborate much on school. It was boring! Especially after recess, the talking part. Man, I didn't get a front seat in class! Two seats behind where my position used to be. Today, I didn't sleep in class. That was a good thing! Mr Zaki asked me what were my goals. I told him that I wanted to focus on my studies and no more sleeping in class. We shall see how strong my eyes can be. My boyfriend didn't come to school today and I was looking for him like crazy. I then realized that he didn't come as he was having a high fever. After school, I went to eat with my favourite three at KFC. I made my way to Pasir Ris by taking 15. I stopped near to Elias Park Primary (if I'm not wrong) and walked to my boyfriend's place. I took a lift, knocked on his house door and hid by the side. Then, he opened the door and we went out. He gave me a pair of shoes. It was so sweet of him. We went to sit at our usual spot and talked. We spent quite a long time there, talking and joked around. He carried me and threatened to throw me down the river. If only I could carry him, I would have done the same thing to him. I was so happy to meet him! I missed him so much. Unfortunately, he didn't get to send me home as he wasn't feeling unwell. But, it was okay. I was still happy that I could meet him. Went back home, and slept!

Okay, that's all. I spent almost two hours typing. Congratulations to those who made it till the end. Thanks for reading! Much appreciated. Do tag once you're done reading everything, so that I'll know that my blog is still alive. About the special post, I'll do it soon. Pictures, soon!

And to you, get well soon. Thanks for the day and the shoes! I love you so much! Take care. Hope to see you again tomorrow, dear. I'm sorry once again for being so busy and ignored you when you were so sick. I'll always be there for you.
