Firstly, get well soon, my dearly beloved awesome best friend! Make sure you rest well and don't forget to take your medications. Come back soon. I'm starting to miss you, babe.
I'm still thinking whether I should attend school tomorrow. There'll be a vocabulary test during English and the next four periods will be Art. Tell me, should I go or not? I rather do my work alone rather than having someone disturbing and making changes to it. I may be slow in drawing, but I'm always happy with my sketches. Should I go or just stay at home and complete my coursework instead? Anyway, the official deadline is 11 August. I just hate to rush and it seems that someone lied to us, again.
I'm now shaking my legs and lazing around after I got to know that the deadline is not tomorrow. No worries, my coursework is going to complete soon. Left with only color schemes, layouts and evaluation.
I'm still thinking, should I go to school or not?

I'm now taking a short break after spending a few hours sketching for my preparatory work. I have only eleven sketches. I did only six sketches in just two days and my deadline is only two days away! I still have no idea when's the real deadline! I'm at home now and that means, I didn't attend school today. I'm just afraid that I don't have enough time to complete everything and flu, please go away. This week, I'll focus more on my Art and next week, I'll start studying the rest of my subjects since prelims are just around the corner.
I'll be going out to look for some books on birds later on and also to meet someone. I still don't have any ideas on what to draw. I'm so bored! I need ideas, I need ideas, I need ideas!

Anyway, Happy Sweet Sixteen, babe! May all your wishes will come true and study hard for your upcoming exams. Remember, I'm always here for you. I love you always!

Hello, readers! I'm sorry for the late update. I was busy with school and other stuffs. I'm already home an hour ago and I've not even taken my shower! I guess Blogger is having some technical problems because at first, I could upload some pictures but when I wanted to upload the next pictures, I couldn't. So, I used Photobucket instead.
Anyway, I've been working for two days, yesterday and today as a gallery-sitter. My job was boring, but on the other hand, my job was simple and I got to meet and even talk to the famous local artists. It was a new experience for me and it was just so amazing to get to know them! I feel so happy about this! I got to meet Tumadi Patri, the famous Batik Painter, Rohayah Abdul Majid, who's good in Calligraphy and Sazali Rahmat, whose sculpture was being displayed and not forgetting Rosman Mohd Shahid and I'm not sure what he does. I'm not bragging or what, but I'm just so excited about it! Be happy for me at least! Anyway, let's move on with the story.
Today, we did nothing much at first. We reported to work late. Surprisingly, there was no one at the gallery, even the Batik Painter. The exhibition had started actually and no one was taking care of the gallery, except for the man who was in-charge of the event. We were almost an hour late and it was just a waste of energy as we rushed. We decided to have our lunch first before doing our work. The painter was already there when we went back to the Plaza. I was assigned by my uncle to type down the informations of the artworks in my laptop. After that, we did nothing much, except for lazing around. The weather was so humid! We decided to walk around the mall to cool us down while waiting for my uncle to come. We had a bad time for a few hours as we had nothing to do! Not at all!
Finally, my uncle came and at last, there was work for us to do! We brought down the paintings and I had to put white cement on the walls after the nails were being removed. That was when we got to talk to Rosman and he's one funny guy. He was talking to a small kid who commented on a painting which has a character from Star Wars and he told that kid that he used to be the Jedi. By the look of the kid's face, he looked shocked. So cute! We then made a move and took a bus home. I watched the match between Singapore and Liverpool inside the bus and it was a nail-bitting experience! During the sixth minute (if I'm not wrong), the ball almost went into the goal post and I was glad it didn't. I'm still on Singapore's side, okay.
More pictures will be uploaded to my
Multiply soon. Pictures of the artworks will be in the latest folder. Thank you!
Saturday, 25 July
Saturday was our first day of work. We met up early in the morning before going to Jurong East. We reported to the Batik Painter first and we then helped him to arrange the tables for the Batik Painting booth. I then received a message from my uncle, telling me to introduce the two of us to Cikgu Rohayah. She needed us to help her to insert papers into the files. We finally had something to do to kill time. After that, since we had nothing to do, she taught us Calligraphy in arabic characters. I swear my hand was trembling as the brush was so fine. She and her other friends laughed at me! We had a great time spending the afternoon with her. She also told us about how she did her artwork 'Ya Siin' and that piece is magnificent.
Next, I decided to do Batik Painting. I wanted to try a piece but when I got to know that I had to pay $5, I didn't want to. I sat down beside Mr Tumadi's wife and started a conversation. She asked me who I came with. I told her that I was a gallery-sitter and working for my uncle. She then allowed me to do the painting for free! It was hilarious for that point of moment. Right, now I can't remember what I did next. Oh yes, we then helped Cikgu Rohayah to carry her things and sent her to the taxi stand. We went back to our place and then came my parents. I asked for some cash to get new jeans as it was the time of the month and there was a stain. I had a hard time changing inside the toilet and God knows how frustrating it was for me.
We returned, my uncle arrived and then, my parents went back home. We had dinner first at Banquet before heading back to Tampines. I went to meet my former schoolmates at the mall nearby to celebrate my belated birthday and an advanced one for my friend. It was a surprise party I can say! Thanks girls for everything! Love you all. You guys are so sweet! Alright, shall not elaborate any longer. Just drop by my Multiply for more pictures. I'm happy that I finally got to meet all of you again! Here are some of the pictures that I've uploaded.
Friday, 24 JulyOn that day itself, right after oral, I had to rush home and chase after time. I only had an hour to prepare myself and then, I rushed to City Hall by train to meet Fazli. Since he was going to be a little late, I decided to make a stop at a nail parlor for a manicure. I know, sounds ridiculous. I made my way there and met him before taking the other train to Jurong East. We walked to the mall and reached Garden Plaza earlier than I thought. Since my uncle was a little bit late, we waited for him first before entering the gallery. Then came my uncle and his cute little princesses. He introduced me to Tumadi Patri and I felt so honored! The opening ceremony began and you know, cut the ribbon thing? There was a puppet show and I guess it was meant for the kids.
The both of us decided to sit somewhere else before the next item started. Next, Cikgu Rohayah who is also a teacher, did an art piece by using colored grains. She was amazing! We sat down and I entertained my cute little cousin. Her batik piece was so adorable and she was all excited about it. After that, there was a buffet. We didn't get anything much since we were heading to Secret Recipe after the ceremony. We made a move and went to Secret Recipe for supper. We then catch the train since it was going to be midnight. Then, we reached my hometown and he sent me to the lift. Home sweet home!
Pictures will be uploaded once I've received them from him.

Finally, I can update! I tried to update last night but there were some technical errors. I just came back from school and I'm now killing the time. I'll have to go back to school later on to sit for my 'O'-level Malay listening comprehension papers. I have still a lot of time and I got no ideas on what to do to kill the boredom. I can't hit the sack since I'm feeling fresh as I slept during Social Studies lessons. Anyway, all the best to those who'll be sitting for the papers later on!
Yesterday, right after my Physics study program, I went to meet Fazli since he finished school at the same time I finished my class. I then met him at the bus stop opposite the library. We took a bus to Changi Airport and made a stop at Burger King at Terminal 2. I had something to eat as I was so starving. We took a Sky Train to Terminal 3 and took a short walk before going to Terminal 1. I sent him off to work and went home. At home, I took a nap before going for a night study at Tampines Library. Shall not elaborate on this, my mind's blank.
I don't know what should I talk about next. Anyway, thanks Fazlin for the card and thanks Phat for the anklet! Love you both!
I think I shall go watch some of my favorite Japanese comedies at Youtube.

My birthday was just perfect for me. I can't believe that my special day is already over. Amazing how time flies so fast. In fact, it's already a new day and that means, I'm sixteen years and one day old. Anyway, I would like to thank the people around me who wished me, gave me lovely presents and more! It's already midnight and I'm still facing the screen. I can say that I'm sleepy, but I'm just feeling so over the moon!
Anyway, right after school, I went straight home as I was going out with my beloved friend. I took a shower and changed before making my way to the interchange. We went to Pizza Hut and had our lunch! I'm still craving for the fries, damn it. It was so delicious, especially when I dipped it into my soup. Something was just wrong with the garlic bread only. After that, we walked around the mall to kill the time before meeting someone else.
Then, it was the time for her to go home and so, I sent her to the bus stop before going to the library alone. By the way, thanks for the treat and everything! Remember that I'll always love you, sweetheart!

There were changes in plan at a very last minute. So, I had to spend an hour at the library all alone. I should have brought my books! I read some comic books which were already on the table. I went around the library, looking for Malay magazines and killed the time.
Finally, it was already the right time for me to make a move! I took a bus to Sengkang, dropped down at a bus stop and walked to the interchange. Both of us reached at the same time, except that he had a hard time looking for me as I was hiding behind the pillars and spied on him. The way he looked around for me was so adorable and funny!
He decided to treat me to Swensen's and that was a surprise for me! The line was quite long, but we got the hang of it. We ordered different desserts and not forgetting the special birthday dessert, the Firehouse! I made a wish and blew the candle! We spent the time eating and talking, and then made a move. We had no ideas on where to go next actually. In the end, we sat at the void deck as I felt that it was still too early to go home. After that, we took a bus to Tampines as he wanted to send me home. Before going back home, I met my former primary school classmate at the bus stop as she wanted to pass me something. Thanks for the presents, dear! I miss getting letters from you. I love you, babe!
Then, he sent me to the lift. We said goodbye and gave one another a hug. He then gave me two lovely presents! How sweet of him! One of the presents is a heart-shaped cookie with 'Happy Birthday' on it! I don't want to eat it, can I? It feels so precious! Something sweet did happen. I just love the day! Everything!
