Rock and Metal Mania mini concert, just two words; fucking awesome!!!!! The concert was indeed a successful one and all the performers put on a great show. At first, I thought it was going to be boring, but things got even better as time passed. I had so much fun as the bands covered songs from my favorite bands like Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Stratovarius and Sonata Arctica! See? That's the main reason why I enjoyed the whole show.

Some people in the auditorium were so supportive. Even a small chubby girl and I got no idea how old is she, went to the stage to headbang with her mother while supporting her father. She was so, so, so adorable! The show was a blast!

I just love the last part! All of the bands went up to the stage and sang Heaven and Hell together. It was hell chaotic and it was just so entertaining! I'll never forget this. The most awesome mini concert ever!

Alright, I shall make a move now. My legs and neck are aching pretty badly and my back's giving me problems again.

I got the ticket! Hell yes!

I regret. I shouldn't have downloaded the latest Safari web browser. I prefer the old one because the fonts in my blog look pretty, seriously. I tried downloading the older version, but the installation wasn't a successful one. Oh well.

Anyway, I've been busy with so many things nowadays. No, I wasn't working. I made some meringue (but it's being called macaroons in Malay) on my own, pineapple tarts and next will be fruit tarts. So, I have so many things to do tomorrow. I need to clean the house first, do the fruit tarts then help my mother and grandmother in the kitchen. I wonder why nowadays I'm interested in preparing my own meals. In simpler words, I'm starting to learn on how to cook. I made scrambled eggs with chillies by the double-boiling method for breakfast and then I cooked spinach soup for lunch. Both did turn out great!

I'm feeling so happy and I can't simply wait for Saturday! I already bought two tickets on Monday for the Rock concert which is going to be held at Tampines East Community Club. It was a good thing that the radio was switched on and I was making my way to the toilet when I heard about it. I didn't get to hear about it that much as there were some drilling sounds coming from the eighth floor. The contractors were drilling the tiles on the floor. That has been the reason why I've been waking up so early in the morning for three days straight. I got to take down the contact number. Unfortunately, I got the numbers wrong. So, I decided to check out the website and then give them a call for enquiries. I bought the tickets around noon and I guess I was the sixth person to buy. God knows how excited I was when I got the tickets at an affordable price!

Oh my, I've been coughing a lot. Thanks to the sweet meringue, sweet pineapple tarts, sweet strawberry milk and sweet cranberry juice. I wonder when I need to turn up for work. I hope it'll be this Sunday or perhaps next week. Certainly not tomorrow or Saturday! See? I feel like blogging, but I got no idea on what to type next. Tomorrow morning, I'll have to bring my cute grandmother to the fitness corner. Anyway, I better get going. One Piece time!

I miss fishing at Pulau Ubin.

My whole body is aching. Pretty bad I can say. My thighs, arms, heels, everything! Anyway, working at Cotton On is so exciting! Well, exclude the tiredness of course. My first day of work (which was last Saturday), turned out well. I met the store manager for the first time. I started folding the ones that needed to be placed on the tables when I reached my workplace. I made so many new friends and they're so friendly, seriously. One of them is in Polytechnic while the rest are in Junior College. I've no idea what happened to the boy (he got the same workplace as me) whom I met during the interview. I know that he got hired, but I didn't see him around.

At first, things seemed so difficult and luckily, I only needed to fold the clothes. It was quite scary when the customers approached me asking me and that. Since I was new there, I didn't really know about the store. I wasn't really sure where were the leggings, denim jackets and etc being placed. Sometimes, I just pointed out anywhere. I worked until the store closed and went home with the other four new friends. I took the bus which was going back to my place and met love at the interchange. He was outside with his friends when he decided to send me home. Four hours shift isn't that bad.

On Tuesday, I had my very first eight hours shift. I left home as early as I could in the morning. I was dumb because I went to queue up at the line where the bus is going to certain places and it's specially for the workers (who work at some warehouse, factories or whatsoever) and the ITE students. I was concentrating on my handphone when I realized that the bus that I was supposed to board left. I was confused at that time because it was my first time experiencing that kind of situation where buses which has similar digits except that the other has an alphabet at the back and both of the bus services are being placed near to one another. That's the perfect reason why I got all mixed up.

After I realized that I missed the bus, I panicked. I was supposed to meet love before going to work, but since I was already in a rush, I had to go off first. I was going to be late and I didn't bring enough cash. I thought of taking a cab, but in the end, I told my manager about the situation and just took the bus instead. I was only seven minutes late. I made a new friend again on that day and I like her a lot because she's nice. I was glad to hear that she wants to continue studying once she stops working there. She's only nineteen. We were in the storeroom to open the new stocks which just arrived in the morning.

For that day, I had to do the fitting room for the first time. I swear I love doing the fitting room rather than doing the merchandise greeting at the front zone or perhaps going around to place the items at their places. Fitting room is the best! But, it can be so tiring as I've to do two things at a time. I've to hang the new stocks and then attend to the customers when they need to change. I'll have to remove the hangers for them, give them the number tag and guide them to the changing room. Afterwards, I've to hang the items which they don't want to purchase. No matter how tiring it can be, I love the fitting room still! Sometimes, the customers even asked for my opinions.

I had lunch at the hawker centre alone. I wonder where did my 'fear of crowded places' go. It was quite exciting to eat alone. I ordered a plate of black pepper chicken rice and a glass of sugar cane juice. My break lasted for an hour. I went back to my workplace and continue working during the last one hour. I then went to meet love at night and killed the time.

Today, the weather was wet. Love decided to send me to work since he finished school early. We took a bus there and got caught in the rain while we were on our way to the mall. It was pretty fun! Anyway, I made two new friends today. One is schooling in an Art school and the other, I'm not sure about him. We did talk when I was in-charge of the fitting room. Four hours only for today. After doing the fitting room, I had to do the front zone. I had to greet the customers and tell them what was on sale, etc. I wasn't good at that and I decided to do the fitting room again while my friend did the front zone. We took turns.

I guess this is enough about my work already. I'm so tired! I wonder when I'll get my pay! :D

My most awesome picture taken using my 3.2 megapixel handphone.

Finally! Finally! Like finally! I'll be working tomorrow! I'm so fucking excited about this. So excited! I was in the shower when I got the call from the store manager. God knows how excited I was! But, it'll only be four hours for tomorrow. I guess it'll be training. From 6 in the afternoon till night. Alright, shall make a move now. I want to go to the four awesome cousins' place.

Cotton On, here I come!

Hello, earthlings! Sorry for not updating that often. Well, I had so many things to do. Yesterday morning, I woke up so early to go to the airport to send one of our teachers who was going off to China for an immersion program. It was fun going out in the morning with my other two friends. We had breakfast together after that. Today, I went to design some boards with my girl at Starbucks. We then looked around to look for shoes and I had to go off after that.

Anyway, the Malay papers that we sat for were easier than the previous ones. I'm being paranoid because I can't remember whether I've written the question number for the second section. Anyway, after the papers, the four of us went to the mall to print a picture and buy a picture frame. Before boarding the bus, we decided to dare one another to do something ridiculous. It was a funny moment! Anyway, I'm still mad over what happened on that day.

What a pathetic bunch of arrogant losers. Don't think highly of yourselves and don't ever think that you guys are so much better than anyone else. We're equal, damn it. So what if you people are taking the shorter route? Sometimes, you guys are plain immature.

I'm still waiting for my store manager to call me and I've been waiting for more than a week. I got the job, but I've not started working. This is taking forever! I better get going. I want to watch One Piece and then play Grand Theft Auto IV!

Man, I just came back from jogging with my awesome cousins! It was a last minute plan. They asked me along and so, I decided to join them since I was doing nothing interesting at that moment. I was at their place after going to the library to borrow some books to prepare myself for the papers. In the end, I wasn't allowed to borrow the books since I have fines to pay.

Anyway, something happened when I was at the entrance of the library. I swear I felt like cursing that lady. I was about to enter when I decided to look back quickly to look for a flyer at the section for Art events. It only took a few seconds. I ended up bumping into her and I did apologize. I hit something which was inside the plastic bag she was carrying. She stopped and gave me the cold shoulders. She then said in broken English, "Have your down there" while pointing her index finger to the floor. I guess she was trying to say "Where were you looking instead of the floor?". That pissed me off. It was a good thing that I apologized to her and yet she wanted to quarrel with me. So, I told her, "Hey, I already apologized and I was looking for something. Fuck!". She stared at me and walked away. Luckily I didn't curse her to die a horrible death. Hey, I was kind enough to stop and apologize instead of walking away just like that! She should be thankful! I'm still mad.

Finally, my contact lens which I ordered online finally arrived! It's nice.

Anyway, I should go now and watch One Piece. Tomorrow, I'll be meeting an old friend of mine and we'll be having lunch at Popeye's! It'll be my first time eating there. I heard that the food there are nice.

I had dinner with my girl and after that, I had a long conversation with the another girl. Meeting two girls in one night was just the greatest thing. How I miss them terribly. I can't wait for Wednesday and Thursday.

I'm pretty bored right now. Since I've received some old and new pictures from my favorite teacher, I would like to upload some of them here. Have fun looking!

Secondary one

January: First month of year 2006! It was taken on the day we had Team Challenge. I participated in the netball challenge. I felt kind of awkward in January since we only knew each other. It was pretty sweet when I got to learn about every of my new friends in school. Man, I miss those times. I also had an experience of designing the class shirt for the very first time. The class was known for the bad things we had done towards the teachers. I remember that the boys locked the doors so that our Science teacher couldn't enter the class. Yes, he sulked.

April: Bedok Reservoir run! I looked so different in this picture! I can't stop laughing at this. Anyway, I guess it was raining at that time and we were caught in the rain while running. We looked wet. Maybe we did get caught in the rain or were we just perspiring?

August: It was on National Day eve. I can't really recall what we actually did on that day. In this picture, maybe it was taken during the national anthem? I don't know? Or maybe we were about to sing the National Day songs. I looked funny and I wonder why I was staring at my friend beside me. My most favorite picture. I can't tell you why just in case someone finds out that I'm posting this picture here.

October: Food Festival for our level! The muffins look delicious in the picture. I miss cooking in the kitchen. I miss sharing the food my partner and I cooked together. I don't remember who was my partner. Since I'm an Art student, it has been two years since I last stepped into the kitchen. It was fun listening to the teacher's guide on how to cook and we had to sit on the floor while waiting for further instructions. I used to love practical (which only happened on alternate weeks, was it?). Cleaning the kitchen table after cooking was never the fun part.

Secondary two

March: Sports Day! Also, my second year in Springfield. Our ties with one another were even closer. Did I participate in any of the events? I can't really remember. That year, I started to love my classmates and I was unhappy at the end of the year as we were going to different classes. I remember that my class was pretty mean. I guess we were the only ones who wore pink class shirts for the event.

March: I swear I looked like a small kid. The way I smiled and my short hair. I had an annual camp during the holidays and I was in NPCC. This picture was taken during the prize-giving ceremony and my team won a prize. We had to come up with a cheer for campfire. We had to do on ourselves since one of our seniors wasn't feeling quite well (I think) and he was happy that we put in a lot of effort. Our team name was 'Jazz'. Some of us danced like lunatics and everyone was in a great spirit. Maybe that was why we won the first prize. I can still remember all the sweet moments we shared with the seniors. I wonder how are they doing.

August: My second year of celebrating National Day with Springfield. It was a sunny morning and almost everyone used the book given to cover their faces. I can see my best friend singing with her mouth wide open. So adorable! I was smiling at the book and singing to my heart's content. Now where did the other two girls from my class go?

October: This was after the exams. A post-exam activity (Pet Rockets). I partnered up with the first secondary school friend in front of me. I can still remember clearly how she made friends with me on the first day of school in class. So sweet! The activity wasn't quite fun but, I did have fun after all. I don't remember which class won. Was it our class?

Secondary three

May: Meet-the-parents session. My first year with my new class. Well, we weren't that close at first. In this picture, we had a special guest from the other class! The talk was so boring and I think it was about the national exams. Nothing interesting to elaborate about that night.

August: I think this was the year when we got close to Mr Kok. We wrote something for him to remind of us and drew some nonsensical cartoons of him. He even pasted whatever we did for him on the walls in his office. Isn't that sweet? Speaking of him, the four of us will be visiting him later on. I can't wait!

August: The girl on my right looks funny here. This was on National Day eve. I think last year's celebration was so much better than this year. I remember the girls and I went to the hall to see the preparation few days before National Day and we sang the songs loudly like no one's business. Hell fun, I tell you. Unfortunately, I had a sore throat after that.

August: Yes, August again. This was when many students from different schools came to Springfield to break the record and enter the book of Guiness World Record. That was what I heard. I didn't participate as I wasn't interested. I was only interested in taking pictures of the event and going around being such a busybody.

August: Twelve days after the Guiness World Record event, Team Challenge! My classmates and I were supposed to take part in the netball challenge, but we were eliminated since a few of our team mates didn't turn up. That was what actually happened, I guess? My memory's pretty bad.

Secondary four

January: CCA Orientation! Finally, we got the chance to be in-charge of the booths since we're already seniors. Pretty amazing experience. We had to introduce our CCAs to the newcomers. It was kind of tiring since we had to go around looking for victims and asked them to join us. We did so many things on that day. In 2006, I was being asked by so many seniors to join their CCA and this year, I got to experience what the seniors experienced back then. The small kids were so cute and cheeky!

February: Meet-the-parents session again. This year's of course. My friend looked blur here and I was happily talking to my favorite form-teacher. Actually, I didn't know that I did attend the session. I feel like it didn't happen at all. I'm starting to miss all of my teachers. You know, I still miss their teachings and I seriously miss my classroom. I can't wait for the day when we'll get our results in mid December. I better hope and start praying for good results. I've been dreaming twice about my results and it turned out that I failed. So, I hope it'll happen in the opposite way in reality.

February: Civil Defence Day. Fire drill practice. It was such a bore. We did get to waste some time! This year, I got to communicate more with my classmates. They aren't that bad after all. Well, nothing much to say about Civil Defence Day. Did we have plain porridge during recess?

February: Two weeks after Civil Defence Day. Team Challenge for the upper secondary students. This time round, we entered the floorball challenge and a good friend of ours joined us. She's pretty good actually. I remember bumping into her while chasing the ball and both of us hit each other hard and fell to the ground. We won either first or second. I have the medal but I'm too lazy to go look for it.

March: This year's Sports Day was a blast though I didn't get to participate in any of the events since I just recovered from the pain I had after the accident. While the others were busy cheering for those who were taking part in the tug-of-war, I was there at the back being a busybody.

September: Lastly, Graduation Day (which I didn't looking forward to). I got to make a speech on that special day and I was happy about it. I dared myself to speak in front of the big crowd and thank God, everything went smoothly. I actually prepared some tissue papers in my pocket just in case I would cry. Fortunately, I didn't. Maybe because I was so freaking nervous at that point of time.

September: My face looks so funny! I was trying my best to smile for the camera but I couldn't hold back my tears. I was smiling and was about to cry. So, I looked funny! I simply hate Graduation Day. I do miss my classmates still and those good times we had together in class. The last few days were so memorable and those days were well-spent though all of us were busy studying for the upcoming papers. I wonder when's our class outing?

Alright, that's all for this post. I better get going and get some sleep as I need to wake up early and go back to school later on.

Like I've promised. Here goes!

Last Sunday, we were supposed to meet up at City Hall. This guy here took a very long time to prepare himself. He told me not to change first till he called me. I wasn't patient at that point of moment and so, I tried to call him, but he didn't answer my calls.

Then, I got to know that he was at my void deck. I had to go down to take something from him and I was still in my home clothes. Well, his purpose was to pass me the present (which he told me to not open first till at the end of our date) and go to City Hall together. I went up to keep the present and changed. The both of us changed our minds and decided to go to Golden Village at Vivo City first and bought our tickets to Jennifer's Body. We thought of eating at Harbourfront's Breeks, but I changed my mind. I wanted to see the lady, Grace, who works at where I used to go with my girl (I've yet to go there with her soon!). So, we took a train to City Hall and walked to Marina and had our dinner at Breeks. After dinner, we went back to Vivo City to catch our movie. That show's quite gross.

Anyway, on that day, he wore a black ring which has our names on it. I asked, "Where's mine?" and he said that he didn't have it with him. I wore his instead and it didn't fit me well. I decided to return it to him.

Back to the story. After the show, we spent the time by taking some pictures at the open space. The place was quite empty since it was a Sunday night. We made a move since it was already late at night. He sent me home and I reached home almost midnight. Then, I quickly went to my room because I couldn't wait to unwrap the present he gave me earlier on. I was pretty shocked when I saw a ring in the heart-shaped box being placed between two teddy bears in a big box. It was so, so sweet! There was also a card which says "I love you, more than words can say, more and more each day, with all my heart, we'll never be apart" and it was hanging outside the box. *sniffs*

I sent him a message to tell him how happy I was when I saw the ring. He asked me whether I was wearing the ring already and I said yes. Then, he confessed and asked me to go steady with him. I was so fucking over the moon and of course, I accepted. So, I hope this relationship will last long and be even more serious. God willing.
