The birthday celebration on Sunday was fun and simple. I met up with my nephew to get a helium balloon at a nearby mall before meeting the beloved ladies at the reservoir. Since he was so embarrassed to carry the balloon, I decided to follow him. The two of us took a bus to the reservoir. We were in the bus when a taxi hit our bus. The whole bus shook! The screech of brakes and the sound of the taxi hitting the bus were so scary! It really reminded me of my accident, seriously.
Fortunately, no one in the bus was injured or something. I'm not sure about the taxi driver, but I think he was fine because I saw him speaking to the driver of the bus we were riding. I'm not sure if that was him. Nephew and I decided to alight the bus because we were more than half an hour late! We went to the nearest bus stop and boarded another bus. We were so lucky that nothing happened to us. I thought we were going to get hit or something because the spot where the taxi hit was just behind us. I really, really thought that the taxi would drive through the bus like someone being impaled by a large steel rod or something. Do you understand what I'm trying to say?
We had nuggets, fries and a very big cake and there were only four people celebrating. I love the cake! So pretty! We looked for a shelter since it was drizzling already. We ended up sitting at a void deck. We waited for a friend of mine before they went off. We went for a ride around the city and we also went to Henderson Wave. I love the beautiful night scene in the city! I got home early as I had something on with my family. It was my father's birthday on Monday (just now). Happy belated birthday! I love your big stomach, but I love you more!
Alright, nothing more to say. I'm going off now as I'm on the phone with love now. Good night!

Happy sweet sixteen, baby! Finally, you can get a part-time job in the future! I hope you had fun today! How was Singapore Idol? It's pretty obvious that you had fun over there! Anyway, good luck for your future endeavors! It has been three (right?) years already and our friendship's still going on strong. I'm pretty amazed how you've changed as days passed. You're becoming crazier and crazier like us! I can't wait for school next year! We can have recess together again! I love you always!

Happy belated sweet sixteen, sweetheart! Anyway, good luck for your results next year! I hope you'll do well and pass with flying colors! Do you like pink? Because I want to change the font color into pink for you! Thanks for being a good friend since primary school! Do study hard for your future, alright? I see you soon! Love you, babe!

On Christmas eve, I was at the four awesome cousins' place after sending love to work. At night, like almost midnight, the three girls and I cycled to the nearby pond for prawn fishing! It was my first time fishing for prawns since I usually fish for fishes! It was an awesome night! Then, their parents came along with their little brother. We fished for only 2 hours and we caught only 3 prawns. Well, we were supposed to get quite a lot. Since the prawns were so smart enough, they fled from the hook once they ate the bait. I missed a lot of times. I felt something was pulling the hook, I lifted the rod, the prawn fled and there went my hook which got hooked onto the ceiling. My hands smelled of fresh blood after cutting the worms. It was quite a pitiful sight, but what could I do? I needed to use them as bait. I want to go prawn fishing tonight! But my father said that it might be crowded since today's a public holiday.
After fishing, all of us went to the coffee shop to eat and have a drink before going back home. I love my cousins because they made me laugh all night! I just love their lame (but funny) jokes! I decided to sleep over at their place since I didn't bring my keys and it was already 3 in the morning. So, here I am now updating my blog and right after this, I need to take a shower and then, off to work! Only 4 hours today and double the pay!
Last but not least, happy 19th birthday to my beloved brother! ♥
Merry Christmas
to everyone who's celebrating it!

I finally got this handphone which I've been eyeing for quite some time! I wanted HTC Tattoo, but most of the shops I've been to weren't selling. So, I just got this instead. Thanks to my beloved father, who kept his promise about him getting a new phone for me if I did well for the major exam.
I'm feeling so tired right now. My neck's aching pretty bad. My parents and grandmother just returned from Batam. They went there with the rest of my relatives. Yesterday, only left me and my brother at home. I was working in the afternoon and my shift ended in the evening. After work, I went around the mall to get a new phone all by myself. Since my father wasn't in Singapore, he left me his ATM card and asked me to buy it myself. Then, I bought dinner for myself and my cousin, who was all alone at her home. I went to her place and watched Paranormal Activity while accompanying her till almost midnight. Last night was so cold!
Today, I did nothing much. I cooked spicy baked beans for breakfast and then went to the mall with my brother to buy some food for dinner. I spent the whole day sleeping and watching the Scorpions DVD which I borrowed from Love. I feel so exhausted! I got nothing more to say since my mind's completely blank right now.

God answered my prayers. I didn't know that I could make it. Seriously, I thought I couldn't make it because of my Mathematics. Looking at the result slip and saw the word 'promoted' made me scream out loud. I was over the moon. No words could describe the feeling. I was speechless. Seeing my friends, especially my best friends who got promoted too, made me feel even happier. We're going back to school together as secondary five students next year.
I was at the edge of the seat when I was about to receive the exam slip. I trembled like shit. It was a good experience though! What made me even happier was when I got to know that I got top in class and my EMB3 is 12 points. Praise to God. I'm so thankful to him. Thanks for all of your prayers, people.

It's an hour past midnight and left only thirteen hours. God knows how nervous I am right now. Whenever I imagine how situation's going to turn out in the hall later on, my heart beats so fast. I finally prayed and of course, I did pray for an amazing result. I hope I'll meet the criteria for the next level. God willing.
Some has seen how hard I've studied and some has seen how tired I was after sleeping only an hour in a day. Some has seen how stressed I was and some has seen how I spent the days and nights. I seriously hope that my effort will not go to waste.
Even if I couldn't make it, I still have my back-up plan. On a second thought, I just want to get to the next level so that I don't have to waste hundreds of dollars for the plan. One thing that worries me most is still bothering me. I just don't want to disappoint my parents.
Fortunately, my parents are fine with my back-up plan. But you know, I rather study in Springfield. It saves a lot of money. There's nothing else I can do for now. I just wish for the best. I studied hard for all of the papers and now, the rest is up to God. Whether he wants to give me good news or bad news, it's up to him. Let's just hope for the best. Anyway, thanks for all the best wishes. All the best to everyone who'll be receiving the results later on.

Finally, I got to meet my two lovely ladies after all. I met Issha at the interchange first before taking a train to City Hall. We went off to Peninsula first as I wanted to get some tops and badges before going to Marina Square to have lunch at Breeks (like finally)! I ate mayonnaise and I guess it's an amazing achievement for me. Seriously, mayonnaise tastes so bad and sour. I'll never like it. Never! We then took a cab to Far East Plaza to meet the other lady. We thought of going to Mango as it was having sale. In the end, a few seconds after we stepped into the shop, we quickly went out as it was so crowded. So, we just walked around the area.
I'm too lazy to elaborate actually.
Something then came up. I had to go home early on that night. I was supposed to go to my aunt's place, but I was told not to at a very last minute. I went home and was surprised to see my grandmother. She was so sick. She spoke so weirdly. She asked whose bed she was lying on and whose room was she in. Also, she even asked whether she was lying down on the mattress or on the bed. I felt so depressed last night and it was the worst feeling ever! I couldn't see her in pain and she barely move.
Things were in a mess. I was so fucked up for real last night. I don't know who the hell I was mad at. I just felt so fucked up. My grandmother wanted to go to the toilet and she was making everyone in a rush. Like I've said, she was so weak. She was like a puppet without any master controlling her movements. We had to use my chair with wheels to bring her to the toilet and she was so damn heavy, I tell you. Looking at my mother carrying my grandmother to the toilet, made her sit on the toilet bowl and cleaned her after that, made me cry. My mother did most of the job and I was sitting on the sofa in the living room doing absolutely nothing. I wanted to help her, but I couldn't see my grandmother in pain. I was too scared and weak. My relatives came and brought her to the hospital. I was alone with my brother at home. I stayed up and waited for everyone. I missed my grandmother at that point of moment. Thank God, she finally came home. She was feeling a lot better and I even asked her to dance. She did! So cute of her. Her sugar level was low. She's fine now and I'm so glad about it! Alright, time to go! I'll update more soon! Good night!

Last week, I was walking around town when I got a text message saying that...
Lamb of God
is coming to Singapore in
April 2010!
How fucking excited I was and I need to save up some cash for this. Good thing that it will be held at Downtown East. Perhaps I'll be going for the package. Let's see how things go. I'm so looking forward for this. April, come faster!

Many things happened today and at the same time, I feel so happy! I met love at the interchange first before taking a bus to my workplace. Once we reached there, I decided to see my friend who's working in a saloon on the same level as me. He was busy, so, we went to sit outside first while waiting for my other friend. Then, I went to work together with her.
I decided to check the roster before going to the storeroom. I was so shocked, knowing that my name wasn't there. I remember checking the roster few days back (I think) and I was so sure that my name was on today's slot. Oh well, on a brighter side, I didn't have to work! I asked one of the seniors to double-check for me and he was pretty sure that I was not working today. I quickly called love to wait for me and bought the bodysuit which I've been eyeing on. I decided to give my friends who are working at other places a surprise visit.
We went to the basement to look for Chris, who's working at Swensen's. He was very busy at first and finally, he went to serve the customers at the entrance. He looked blur when he saw me. Maybe because he couldn't recognize me at first. The last time I met him was in June. It was pretty sweet of him to give me a free cup of ice-cream. I didn't have the chance to have a long conversation with him since he was so busy serving the customers. So, I just went off and looked for my other friend, Anwar.
After working for more than a month over there, I just realized today that his workplace was so near to mine. I've been walking past his place sometimes, not knowing that he's working there. Love and I waited for him just outside the saloon before going outside. Finally, he had his smoking break and we chatted for a while before going on our separate ways. It felt so good to meet some friends which I've not seen for quite some time. We headed back home since I'll be going out with my parents later on.

On Friday, we had an outing to East Coast Park and ate at the hawker centre. I met the two girls who live near to my house and took a bus to interchange to meet the rest. We went to East Coast and met the boys at McDonald's. We walked (for I don't know how long) to the hawker centre. The weather was like in Australia. Seriously! The sky, sand and the sea. I got no idea when was the last time since I last went there. Seeing the jetty makes me miss fishing over there. We had a great time eating and we ordered three different dishes. We took pictures by the lake before I had to go off during dusk.
